Gareth brings a wealth of talent and experience, with a career that’s taken him through some of the UK’s most exciting kitchens -from London to Heaneys in Cardiff, as well as an impressive appearance on MasterChef.
He’s currently putting the finishing touches on a brand-new seasonal menu, inspired by the exceptional local produce that surrounds us.
